How does it work?
Our local delivery driver stops by your home/work to pick up/deliver items twice a week.
Do I have to send in items every pickup/delivery day?
No. However, we are here to make your life easier, not just once, but every time you need us. Our delivery service is designed for convenience and consistency, and we'd love to take care of your cleaning on an ongoing basis!
How do I pay for my orders?
When we set up your account, we will also ask for your credit card to put on file. Credit cards are charged the last business day of every month for all orders delivered that month. Monthly receipts can be sent via email.
Can I send in larger items, such as rugs?
Yes! If you have a lot of large items, please give us a call ahead of time.
