How does it work?
Our local delivery driver stops by your home/work to pick up/deliver items twice a week.

Do I have to send in items every pickup/delivery date?
No. However, if you do not think you will use us very often, we will make you an on-call customer. Simply give us a call 24 hours before you'd like a pick-up.

How do I pay for my orders?
When we set up your account, we will also ask for your credit card to put on file. Credit cards are charged the last business day of every month for all orders delivered that month. Monthly receipts are sent via email or mail upon request.

Can I send in larger items, such as rugs?
Yes! If you have a lot of large items, please give us a call ahead of time.
